Backup codes are single use codes generated by your Google or Facebook account. When your usual verification method is not available, backup codes let us complete the login without you having to be there in real time. Most orders then complete without needing you at all.

Sign in to your Google account and open Security.

Go to 2-Step Verification, then Backup Codes.

Select Generate new codes. Google creates 10 codes.

Share the new list in the Packsify app chat.

Open Settings, then Security and Login.

Find Recovery Codes and generate a new set.

Generating new codes cancels all previous codes.

We only ever ask for codes inside the Packsify app chat. Anyone asking for codes by email, Discord DM, or SMS is not Packsify. Never share codes anywhere else.
