Notifications tell you when we need a code, when your order moves, and when your packs are delivered. If they are off, orders take longer.
On iPhone or iPad
There is no App Store download.
Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad and go to packsify.com.
Tap the Share icon, the square with an arrow.
Select Add to Home Screen.
Open Packsify from the home screen icon, not from a Safari tab.
Notifications only work from the home screen icon. Make sure you are on iOS 16.4 or newer.
On Android
Install Packsify App from Google Play.
Open the app and tap Allow when it asks about notifications.
If you missed the prompt, open your phone's Settings, tap Notifications, then App notifications. In the dropdown, tap All apps, find Packsify App, and turn notifications on.
If notifications arrive late or not at all
Your phone's battery saver is usually the cause. Open Settings, go to Apps, tap Packsify App, then Battery, and set it to Unrestricted or No restrictions. Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, and OnePlus devices each place this in a slightly different menu.
If you use Do Not Disturb or a focus mode, add Packsify to your allowed apps.
