When we process your order, we sign in to your game account with the Google or Facebook login you added. Depending on your security settings, you may be asked to confirm that login. Here is what each request means.
Google, number selection: you get an email showing three numbers. We tell you which number to tap. Sometimes this happens twice.
Google, verification code: a code is sent to your Gmail or backup email. Enter it in the Packsify app when prompted.
Facebook, tap to approve: you get a Facebook notification asking "Is this you?". Tap Yes in the Facebook app.
Facebook, 6 digit code: if the notification does not appear, Facebook sends a code by SMS or authenticator app. Enter it in the Packsify app.
Codes are time sensitive. Send them when we ask, not in advance, or they expire before we can use them.
We only ever ask for codes inside the Packsify app chat. Anyone asking for codes by email, Discord DM, or SMS is not Packsify. Never share codes anywhere else.
