When do rewards unlock?
Most rewards unlock within 48 hours. Orders above $500 and first orders from new members can take up to 168 hours. That is our window to make sure the order is clean and will not be refunded. After the hold, tap Claim to move credits to your wallet, or Share to send the member share out.
Is there a minimum payout?
No. Claim whatever is unlocked, whenever you want.
How much can I claim per day?
Your tier sets a daily cap, and it covers Claim and Share combined, in any split. The cap for each tier is on the tier screen in the app.
Do reward credits create rewards when spent?
No. Rewards come from paid game orders only. Credits you received as rewards, or as compensation for a problem on our side, do not create new rewards when you spend them.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Refunded orders do not create rewards, and rewards connected to orders refunded or charged back later can be adjusted. That is what the unlock holds are for, so this stays rare.
What happens to my rewards if I stop being a partner?
If you leave in good standing, rewards already credited to you stay yours. They pay out normally after their unlock hold.
