Why does a member show "No rewards"?
Three possible reasons: your alliance rewards for that member are complete (you will see "Rewards fully paid", which means you received the maximum from them), they were already on Packsify before joining your alliance, or their orders do not create rewards for another reason. In every case they stay in your alliance and keep every benefit.
Who are followers?
When a member's orders no longer create rewards for the partner who invited them, that member becomes a follower. Followers are still part of your alliance. Everything else stays the same: they can order normally, they remain in your Members list, and they still count toward other Alliance features.
Why did my numbers in Members change?
Members counts everyone in your alliance who has not left, including members whose rewards are complete, so the number does not drop when someone reaches the full reward.
New this week counts members who attached your code since Monday 00:00 UTC, so it starts from zero every Monday.
Active counts members with a completed order in the last 15 days, so it moves with real activity. Cancelled and refunded orders do not count. Someone who left your alliance shows under Past Members.
Top spenders and Spenders are always ordered by what a member spent through your code, never by what their orders created for you.
Someone left my alliance, what happened?
They stopped supporting your code, which anyone can do once their lock has ended. Past Members shows the date they left and nothing more. Rewards already credited to you from them stay yours and pay out normally.
Can I change my Alliance code?
Once, ever. Pick something your alliance will recognise and keep it, because links you shared before a change stop working. After a change, reshare your invite link so your people have the current one.
