How do I support an Alliance code?
Open an invite link from your leader, or enter their code in the app under Alliance, in the Supporting tab. Before anything is saved, we show you exactly what it means: how long the lock lasts and what the partner will see about you. That is also where you accept the Alliance Dashboard terms. Nothing happens until you confirm.
What does the partner see about me?
Four things: your username (unless you hide it), the total you spend using their Alliance code, your first order date, and your last order date. Nothing else. No email, no payment details, no game account.
Can I hide my username from the partner?
Yes, at any time. Your username is shown to the partner by default, and you can turn it off with the toggle on the Supporting tab. Hiding it does not change anything else the partner sees. The total you spend using their Alliance code and your first and last order date stay visible.
Can I switch to a different code or stop supporting?
Yes, after the lock ends. Every code you attach starts a lock, and the length is shown before you confirm. While it runs you cannot switch or stop, which keeps rewards fair for whoever you support. Supporting someone new starts a fresh lock.
Do my orders cost more because I support a code?
No. Your price is exactly the same with or without a code. Rewards come from Packsify, never from your pocket.
What happens if I click another partner's invite link while I already support someone?
Nothing happens automatically. You will see a notice that you already support a code, with the option to switch. If your lock is still running you cannot switch yet, and clicking the link changes nothing until the lock ends.
Why can't I add the code?
If you have not set a username or added your game ID yet, do that first. Both are needed before you can support a code. Beyond that, a few situations block adding a code: it is your own code, the code is not active anymore, or the account does not meet the program's conditions. The app explains what it can on the spot. If you think something is wrong, contact support and we will look at it together.
Why don't my orders create rewards for the partner I support?
It happens for a few reasons. The most common is that the alliance rewards for you are complete, which means that partner has already received the maximum your orders can create. Nothing changes for you either way: same prices, same orders, and you keep every alliance benefit. If you want rewards to go to your own alliance, unlock your own Alliance code and invite your own people.
Where do I see the member share I received?
On the Supporting tab. Anything your partner passes back arrives in your credits automatically, based on what your own orders created, and the tab shows what has been paid to you.
