We fix it or we refund you.
If your packs do not arrive, arrive only partly, or the pack expires before we complete the order, tell us in the app chat. We will complete the order, or return the credits you did not use. Unused credits can be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund timelines are in I requested a refund. How long does it take?, and we publish the slow end of each range so we usually beat it.
If we need to do something on our side, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it, not just that it is being looked into.
