Packsify Credits are the in-app balance used to place orders. You buy credits first, then spend them on in-game bundles. That speeds up processing and makes repeat purchases faster.
When credits leave your balance
Credits are deducted when you place the order, not when it is delivered. Your balance drops right away, so what you see is what is still free to spend.
If an order is cancelled, only partly completed, or the pack expires before we can buy it, the unused credits go straight back to your balance. You never lose credits for something we did not deliver.
