We accept USDT and USDC, but they must be sent only on the network shown at checkout (TRC20 or ERC20). Transactions sent on any other network will not reach us.
Like Revolut, you send from your own wallet and our team confirms it manually, usually within 5 to 10 minutes.
1. Go to Credits and tap Buy Credits.
2. Choose your amount and select Crypto.
3. Check the amount, the wallet address, and the network shown at checkout. Copy the address.
4. Send from your wallet app on that exact network, TRC20 or ERC20, whichever is displayed. Anything sent on another network does not reach us.
5. Take a screenshot of the transaction.
6. Come back to Packsify, attach the screenshot, and confirm.
7. Wait a few minutes for our team to verify it.
Good to know
- Packsify charges no transaction fee. The network itself may take a small fee, typically 1 to 2 USDT.
- Using a bridge transaction? Contact support first, since those need manual verification.
- If your payment does not appear, send support your transaction hash (TXID) and we will locate it.
