Revolut payments are sent from your own Revolut app, not inside Packsify, and our team confirms them manually. From sending to credits landing usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.
1. Go to Credits and tap Buy Credits.
2. Choose your amount and select Revolut.
3. Check the amount and currency shown at checkout, and copy our Revtag: @packsify
4. Open your Revolut app and send exactly that amount, in exactly that currency.
5. Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
6. Come back to Packsify, attach the screenshot, and confirm.
7. Wait a few minutes. Your credits appear once our team verifies the payment.
Send the currency shown at checkout and do not convert it yourself. A different currency or amount causes a mismatch, which means our team has to verify or refund it manually and your order is delayed.
