Logging in during processing can interrupt our session and cause a login conflict. That usually means a delay, and sometimes we have to start the order again.
If it happens, tell us in the app chat right away and do not log in again until we confirm your order is complete. In most cases we can pick the order back up.
To avoid this, stay logged out from the moment you submit your order until delivery is confirmed. If you need to log in before then, contact support first and the order will be paused.
