Avoid the hours around your game's daily reset
Reset is when everyone claims, refreshes, and buys at once, so orders queue up on our side too. Ordering well before or well after it is usually the fastest window of the day.
Avoid the first hours of a big in-game event
Same reason. A new event launch is the busiest our queue gets.
Order early in a pack window
Timed packs can expire while an order is still in progress. Ordering early in the window leaves room if anything needs a second attempt.
Have your account ready before you order
Credentials up to date, notifications on, and backup codes shared means we can start immediately instead of waiting on a verification. That is usually the single biggest thing that moves your delivery time.
