Depending on the game and payment method, your receipt may show a different merchant name or payment processor instead of "Packsify." This is normal and does not affect your order or account safety.
If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact support in the app or on Discord with a screenshot and we will check it and confirm whether it is from us.
